Singer Mor Me'or has released a new song containing pointed lyrics that many believe are directed at her ex-boyfriend, Israeli basketball player Yam Madar. Me'or, who dated Madar for about five months until their breakup five months ago, does not name him directly but uses wordplay referencing his name and sharp criticisms of their past relationship. Lines in the song include "You talked more than your height, I hate everything I loved about you," and "My life, you broke my heart, I made millions off of it." She also dismisses any possibility of reconciliation, singing, "There's no comeback here, what are you messing with?"
The couple began dating in late 2025 when Madar played for Hapoel Tel Aviv. Me'or publicly expressed her affection for him at the time. Following their breakup in May, Me'or posted messages perceived as jabs at Madar, and now her music appears to be continuing this theme.
Meanwhile, Madar has moved on romantically and rekindled his relationship with Noam Shelef, daughter of former basketball star Gur Shelef. Madar and Shelef previously dated for about six and a half years before separating in 2025. They recently began publicly displaying their renewed relationship, with Shelef attending Madar's Maccabi Tel Aviv games and Madar posting affectionate comments on her social media.
