Israel's Ministry of Health issued a warning on Thursday regarding the purchase and use of hyaluronic acid injection products suspected to have been stolen from company warehouses and are now being illegally marketed in Israel. Approximately one month ago, thousands of packages were stolen from the warehouses of AlphaMedix and Omegamedix Ltd. The ministry is concerned these products are being offered to clinics, aesthetic treatment centers, and private physicians.

The Ministry of Health emphasized that these injection materials require storage and transport under controlled conditions, which cannot be guaranteed for the stolen products. Consequently, using them may pose health risks, especially since their origin is unknown and it cannot be verified if they were maintained according to manufacturer instructions.

Among the stolen products flagged by the ministry are Radiessp, Stylage Special Lips Lido, Stylage XL Lido, Stylage L, Stylage M Lido, Stylage L Lido, and Stylage XXL Mepi. The ministry urges the public to avoid purchasing these products from unauthorized sources and to be vigilant about marketing attempts outside of regulated distribution channels.

Health professionals in aesthetic medicine are requested to purchase products only from authorized suppliers and to verify their origin and integrity. Patients are also advised to ensure that aesthetic treatments they undergo use products from regulated and supervised sources. The public can report suspected marketing of stolen products, encounters with products of unknown origin, or adverse effects to the Health Ministry's hotline at *5400.
