Paramedic Shalom Ben David described the initial moments upon arrival, stating, "We were led to the child who was lying there, semi-conscious, after falling from a height." He added that after stabilizing the boy's condition at the scene, he was evacuated by an MDA intensive care unit to the hospital, where his condition was described as serious.
