Brenn announced Wednesday that a government-owned water company in Africa has released both parties from a $480 million agreement for a major water pipeline project. The African company stated that the necessary government approvals for the project, initially slated to be signed in September 2025, were not obtained. This development means the parties are no longer bound by the contract.
The project involved constructing a significant water conduit intended to span over 1,000 kilometers and receive international funding. Following the announcement, Brenn's stock experienced a 10% decline.
