American actor and wrestler John Cena, 49, revealed on his Facebook account that he is currently undergoing a second hair transplant procedure. Cena shared a photo of his shaved head and explained that he first had the transplant about two years ago after noticing hair loss. In a previous interview with People magazine, Cena discussed his initial transplant candidly, saying that while he tried to hide his hair loss, fans actually highlighted it by holding signs that read "John Cena is bald." He credited the audience's reaction for motivating him to explore treatment options.

Cena expressed frustration over the stigma surrounding hair loss treatments, stating, "If there wasn’t so much shame around this issue, I would have done it a decade ago." He emphasized that hair thinning and baldness affect seven to eight out of ten men and insisted there is no shame in addressing it. Cena concluded by saying the procedure has truly changed his life.
