He posted a photo on social media alongside his doctor, Ken Anderson, expressing his commitment to achieving the best possible results and thanking the Anderson Center for Hair team for their support.

Dr. Anderson responded warmly, praising Cena's dedication to the process and long-term hair health, and expressing gratitude for Cena's trust. Cena initially underwent his first hair transplant in November 2024, following years of ridicule from wrestling fans who mocked his hair loss with signs at events. In a 2025 interview with People magazine, Cena revealed he had tried to hide his thinning hair but faced bullying instead of empathy.

He described the harassment as bullying in an April 2025 interview, saying it made him feel small and humiliated. Cena sarcastically thanked the bullies for pushing him toward the hair transplant. He also clarified that his hair loss is a genetic condition beyond his control.
