Magen David Adom paramedic Ahmed Aasi described the incident as a severe car accident involving two vehicles. He stated that the 19-year-old was semi-conscious and suffering from a serious head injury. "We provided him with medical treatment, including stopping bleeding, and evacuated him in an intensive care ambulance to the hospital while continuing advanced medical treatment," Aasi said.
