Justice Ofer Groskopf ruled that a large educational institution cannot be evacuated in the middle of the academic year. Consequently, the eviction has been postponed until August 2027, after the current academic year concludes.

The ruling came in response to a request by Rabbi Shmuel Markovitz and the "Tradition of the Torah" association, who sought to halt the eviction and a financial obligation of approximately 10 million shekels. This decision contrasts with the stance of the Ponevezh Yeshiva faction led by Rabbi Kahaneman, which had pushed for an immediate eviction.

Justice Groskopf also addressed the financial penalty, originally set by arbitrator retired Judge David Heshin. The justice indicated that he could not approve a fine of 10 million shekels that would lead to the collapse of the educational institution. A separate hearing on the request for leave to appeal, filed by Rabbi Markovitz's association against the arbitration ruling, is scheduled to take place before Justice David Mintz at a later date.
