The meetings focused on presenting a vision, defining goals, objectives, and budgets for a challenging winter ahead, aimed at developing and expanding the organization's extensive outreach activities. The study days also included team-building programs.

Rabbi Menachem Klein, the organization's director, opened the sessions, expressing his appreciation for the participants' dedication throughout the year, working tirelessly to fulfill the mission of the Rebbe of Belz, to increase God's honor and to draw closer and strengthen the Jewish people. Each department presented its accomplishments and results from the past year, along with its vision and plans for the coming year.

During a session titled 'The World of Outreach: Where To?', senior lecturer Rabbi Mordechai Aram Tzova discussed outreach trends in recent years, particularly since the outbreak of the "Simchat Torah War." He noted the dynamic nature of the "teshuva" (return to religious observance) movement, influenced by news cycles, wars, and political struggles, requiring constant adaptation from activists. This department focuses on practical guidance in daily life, emphasizing the profound impact of its actions on shaping the spiritual future of families and generations.
