The unusual amount of equipment raised the officer's suspicion, leading to a stop and search. The man was found to be in possession of packaged items, including orthopedic shoes and pajamas still bearing tags, as well as products linked to a commercial chain in the city. He was apprehended on suspicion of possessing stolen property. Police investigated the chain's branch, where it was confirmed that items valued at approximately 8,550 shekels had been stolen earlier that day.
