A day before the Knesset elections, an Israeli man encountered an individual who bears a striking resemblance to Gadi Eisenkot, the chairman of the Yisrael Beiteinu party. The Israeli documented the humorous encounter in a video shared on Instagram, jokingly stating, "I'm voting for him." The video shows the man smiling at the camera and pointing to the Eisenkot look-alike beside him, noting the uncanny similarity from the graying hair to facial features. The clip even reached Eisenkot himself, who responded with a quip: "Following yesterday's fake attack, this isn't me either!"
The incident occurred just before the elections, adding a lighthearted moment to the political atmosphere. The resemblance was described as being "like two drops of water," and the original poster humorously suggested that even the former IDF Chief of Staff might have trouble telling them apart.
