La'os Media and Interactive has acquired "Larokot," a prominent Israeli website for planning bachelorette parties. The deal, valued at hundreds of thousands of shekels, was facilitated by Makomount, the digital assets arm of La'os Media. The acquisition includes the brand, website, domain, content databases, and social media channels.
Founded in 2011 by Emily Sita Levy and managed alongside Uri Sagie, "Larokot" has served as a central resource for nearly 15 years, offering ideas, guides, and a directory of service providers for pre-wedding events. The platform is active on Facebook, Instagram, and dedicated groups.
La'os Media plans to enhance the user experience by upgrading technological infrastructure, expanding guide content, and introducing advanced advertising tools for suppliers. To ensure continuity, Uri Sagie will continue to directly assist long-term suppliers and clients under the new ownership.
La'os Media, co-owned by entrepreneurs Tomer Levinsky and Tal Hoffman, is based in Haifa and employs around 100 people in digital, advertising, content, and technology sectors. This acquisition aligns with the company's strategy to acquire, develop, and improve established digital assets with loyal audiences and proven commercial activity. This follows La'os Media's previous acquisition of the "Talk Sport" website in April and the February 2026 launch of "Podactive," a new studio complex and production house.
