Rubin alleges that Tzifori continues to commercially exploit her photos and videos, including those of her and her minor children in swimwear, on his business Instagram page to generate traffic, despite a cease and desist letter. The lawsuit also addresses Tzifori's claims in a media interview that Rubin demanded a "bribe" of 50,000 shekels and threatened to defame him if he did not pay.
