A construction worker, approximately 50 years old, died on Wednesday after falling from a significant height at a building site in Beit Jann, northern Israel. Emergency medical services (Magen David Adom, MDA) were dispatched to the scene after receiving a report at 12:03 PM. Paramedics and EMTs found the worker unconscious and suffering from severe, multi-system trauma. They immediately began extensive resuscitation efforts. Paramedic Shim'on Elbaz described the scene, stating, "We were led at the construction site to the worker who lay unconscious, without a pulse and without breathing, with multi-system trauma. We began performing advanced resuscitation efforts, after which we unfortunately had to pronounce him dead at the scene."
