Former Israeli international Eyal Golasa will serve as the chief mentor for the initiative. Slobodan Drapić will lead the league professionally. Several other notable players, including Amiya Taga, Chen Ezra, Shir Tzedek, Eden Shamir, Yarden Cohen, Dudu Biton, and Ravid Gazal, are also involved as mentors.

The project, initiated by Deputy Mayor Shai Elgali and supported by Mayor Avi Salama, aims to focus on youth development. It seeks to strengthen neighborhood belonging and pride, and to create a sports, social, and values-based framework for the participants. The mentors will share their professional and personal experiences to help young players develop perseverance, responsibility, and teamwork.

The vision behind the league is to use soccer as a tool to connect young people with their communities, foster a stronger sense of community, and provide an opportunity for every teenager to grow, believe in themselves, and aspire to achieve great things.
