Ariana Grande Donates Major Grant to Aid Children in Gaza

Singer and actor Ariana Grande has made a significant cash grant to help children in Gaza, according to a post from Save the Children UK. The organization said the donation was routed through Grande’s charity, the Brighter Days Ahead Foundation, and thanked her for “standing with the children of Gaza.”

Save the Children said it was selected by the foundation to receive money from its emergency relief fund. The group added that the funds will go directly to children and families in Gaza. The amount of the grant was not disclosed, but the charity described it as substantial.

In its post, the organization said that funding of this kind has already helped reach 183,459 children with cash assistance, 83,000 children with health and nutrition support, and 11,357 children through education programs. It also said, “Only ending the occupation can truly protect the children of Gaza,” and pledged to keep supporting children until “their nightmare ends.”

The donation comes about two weeks after Grande publicly criticized the White House and U.S. President Donald Trump. She objected after the White House used one of her songs in a TikTok video showing arrests by U.S. immigration authorities, and called Trump’s immigration policy “barbaric, inhumane and horrific.”
