פיקוד העורף הודיע על ביטול התרעת שווא על חדירת מחבלים באזור חוות מגדני, במערב בנימין. בלילה, תושבי האזור קיבלו הנחיה להיכנס למרחבים מוגנים, לסגור דלתות ולהישאר שם עד להודעה חדשה. לאחר בדיקה, התברר כי החשד לאירוע ביטחוני לא התממש, והתושבים הורשו לצאת מבתיהם ולנוע בחופשיות.
