ועדת הבחירות המרכזית, בראשות השופט נועם סולברג, דחתה היום (חמישי) בקשות לפסילת מפלגות ומועמדים מהתמודדות בבחירות לכנסת ה-26. הוועדה דנה בבקשות לפסילת מפלגות כמו עוצמה יהודית, הציונות הדתית ו"זהות".

ברוב של 19 קולות מול 10, נדחתה בקשה לפסילת השר איתמר בן גביר ומפלגתו עוצמה יהודית מהתמודדות בבחירות.

בנוסף, נדחו בקשות לפסילת רשימות "הציונות הדתית" ו"זהות" מהתמודדות בבחירות לכנסת ה-26.

הדיונים בוועדה נמשכו יומיים, ובמסגרתם נבחנו בקשות שונות לפסילת מועמדים ורשימות.
