רוכב אופנוע בן 60 נהרג הבוקר (יום שלישי, 22.9.2026) בתאונת דרכים עצמית קטלנית שאירעה בכביש 398 באזור ירושלים. צוותי מד"א שהגיעו למקום מצאו את הרוכב ללא סימני חיים וקבעו את מותו במקום.

התאונה אירעה בשעות הבוקר המוקדמות, וצוותי רפואה הוזעקו לזירת האירוע. למרות ניסיונות ההחייאה, נקבע מותו של הרוכב. נסיבות התאונה המדויקות נחקרות.
