שלושה אזרחים ישראלים עצורים במצרים מזה כשישה חודשים, ללא פרסום סיבות רשמיות למעצרם. על פי דיווח ברשת כאן ב', מדובר בתושבי יישוב בדואי בנגב, וכי המעצר קשור לביטחון הפנים של מצרים ולא לעבירות פליליות. גורמים במשרד החוץ הישראלי אישרו כי המקרה בטיפול, אך הן ישראל והן מצרים נמנעות מלהגיב רשמית.

על פי דיווח של רועי ינובסקי ורועי קייס בכאן חדשות, השלושה נסעו לסיני בחודש מרץ האחרון, ונעצרו במעבר הגבול בטאבה בעת שובם לישראל. משפחותיהם עודכנו כי מדובר בחקירה של שירותי הביטחון המצריים.
