גבר בן 53, תושב העיר טמרה, נהרג בנפילה מגובה בעיר. צוותי מד"א שהגיעו למקום העניקו לו טיפול רפואי ראשוני ופינו אותו לבית החולים רמב"ם בחיפה במצב אנוש, לאחר שבוצעו בו פעולות החייאה. בבית החולים נקבע מותו. על פי דיווחים, הנפטר הוא תופיק קייס. צוותי רפואה העניקו לו טיפול ראשוני במקום, ולאחר מכן הוא פונה לבית החולים רמב"ם בחיפה, כשהוא מורדם ומונשם, וזאת לאחר שבוצעו בו פעולות החייאה. בבית החולים, כאמור, נקבע מותו. הטרגדיה אירעה ביום ראשון בערב.
