Iran's Armed Forces General Staff claims to possess intelligence indicating the United States has decided to renew military actions against the Islamic Republic. According to the statement, this decision was made during a meeting in Europe with the "green light" from several Middle Eastern countries. Iranian military officials warned that any aggressive action by the U.S. would result in "painful and unlimited attacks against all U.S. bases and interests." They also issued a direct warning to neighboring countries, stating that any nation adopting a "double policy" and siding with Washington against Iran would be considered a full partner in such actions, and "they can no longer expect Iran's armed forces to act with restraint."

Mohsen Rezai, secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council, commented on efforts to end regional conflicts, stating Iran desires to conclude the war between Saudi Arabia and Yemen and is engaging diplomatically with the U.S. Rezai claimed Tehran conveyed its terms for ending the war to the Americans via Qatar and is awaiting President Trump's response. He reiterated Iran's commitment to Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei's fatwa against nuclear weapons and affirmed no change in nuclear doctrine. Meanwhile, Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf declared that the Strait of Hormuz would remain closed until Tehran's conditions are met.

Amid high regional tensions, the U.S. administration issued an urgent travel advisory for its citizens, urging them to reconsider travel to the Middle East due to a complex security situation and the potential for rapid escalation. U.S. officials also expressed concern about targeted security threats, particularly from Iran-backed Houthi rebels in Yemen, and the possibility of attacks on American diplomatic facilities and businesses worldwide.

In a separate interview with N12 News, President Donald Trump stated he faces a "big decision" regarding whether to re-engage in a large-scale war with Iran. He indicated he would consult with U.S. allies in the region before making a choice, adding, "Anything can happen with me." Trump also mentioned he might meet with Prime Minister Netanyahu during the UN General Assembly week. He expressed satisfaction with the naval blockade of Iran, claiming no ships have reached Iran since its implementation, and reiterated that Iran is still interested in reaching an agreement.
