נקבע מותו של ישראלי בשנות ה-30 לחייו, שנפצע קשה בפיגוע ירי שאירע במעיין בבנימין. הפצוע פונה במצב אנוש לבית החולים בילינסון בפתח תקווה, שם הרופאים נאלצו לקבוע את מותו.

הפיגוע התרחש במעיין סמוך ליישוב בבנימין, בו נורה הישראלי. כוחות הביטחון פתחו במרדף אחר המחבלים שנמלטו מהמקום.
