שלושה בני אדם נפצעו בתאונת דרכים קשה שאירעה בכביש 866, סמוך לכניסה ליישוב כרם בן זמרה שבצפון הארץ. גבר בן 40 נפצע באורח בינוני ולכוד ברכבו, ושתי נשים, בנות 73 ו-23, נפצעו באורח קל.
צוותי "איחוד הצלה" העניקו טיפול רפואי ראשוני לנפגעים במקום, ופינו אותם לבית החולים זיו בצפת להמשך טיפול. כוחות כיבוי הוזעקו לזירה ופעלו במקום עקב אופי התאונה הקשה.
