בסרטון שפורסם נראים חסידי חסידות שומרי אמונים אומרים את תפילת תשליך. התפילה נאמרה ביום חמישי, ערב ראש השנה, סמוך למקור מים, כמנהג המקובל בקרב חסידים ויהודים רבים בישראל ובעולם.

מנהג תשליך, הנאמר בדרך כלל בערב ראש השנה, נועד לסמל את זריקת החטאים והעוונות אל הים, כפי שמתואר בפסוק "ותשליך במצולות ים כל חטאתם". חסידי שומרי אמונים, כמו חסידויות נוספות, מקפידים על קיום המנהג מדי שנה.
