Five-Bedroom Villa on 570-Square-Meter Lot Sold in Ofakim for NIS 2.33 Million

The story · English

Israel’s real estate market is still relatively stable despite economic and security uncertainty, but demand patterns are shifting. High demand remains concentrated in central Israel and major cities, while higher interest rates and tighter financing have slowed transactions and pushed some buyers and investors to wait. As a result, prices remain strong in sought-after areas, while some new projects and peripheral markets are seeing more selective discounts and greater developer flexibility.

Against that backdrop, the Re/Max brokerage reported a series of recent home sales across the country. In Ashdod, a 5-room apartment on Wolfson Street in Rova Tet Vav, 160 square meters plus a 10-square-meter balcony, on the first of four floors with elevator, parking and a protected room, sold for NIS 2.66 million. Another 5-room apartment in Rova Yud Bet, on Shevet Shimon Street, 166 square meters plus a 14-square-meter balcony, on the fifth of 10 floors with the same amenities, sold for NIS 2.9 million. A 3-room apartment on HaAdmor MiBelz Street in Rova Gimel, 60 square meters on the first of four floors, sold for NIS 1.42 million.

In Acre, a 3-room apartment on Moshe Sharet Street, 70 square meters on the fourth and top floor, sold for NIS 700,000. In Hadera, a developing city, a 4-room apartment on Lotem Street, 97 square meters plus a 12-square-meter balcony, on the fourth of seven floors with elevator, parking and a protected room, sold for NIS 1.35 million. Another 4-room apartment on Alon Street, 98 square meters plus a 12-square-meter balcony, on the third of six floors with those amenities, sold for NIS 1.37 million, and a third 4-room apartment on Kalanit Street, 96 square meters plus a 17-square-meter balcony, on the third of five floors, sold for NIS 1.28 million.

In Bat Yam, a 3-room apartment on Bar Yehuda Street, about 70 square meters with parking, sold for NIS 1.71 million, while a 3.5-room apartment on Sheshet HaYamim Street, about 80 square meters on the first of five floors with elevator, sold for NIS 1.82 million. In Beersheba, a 2-room apartment on Yad Vashem Street, 55 square meters on the 11th of 18 floors with elevator, sold for NIS 500,000, while a 4-room apartment on Mordechai Maklef Street in New Neighborhood V, 93 square meters on the third of four floors, sold for NIS 1.47 million, and a 3-room apartment on Mivtsa Kadesh Street in the same neighborhood, 60 square meters on the fourth of four floors, sold for NIS 600,000. In Ofakim, a 5-room villa on Ido HaNavi Street, 160 square meters built on a 570-square-meter lot with parking and a protected room, sold for NIS 2.33 million.
