ילד בן 12 התמוטט ואיבד את הכרתו בקניון איילון ברמת גן. צוותי מד"א שהוזעקו למקום העניקו לו טיפול רפואי ראשוני ופינו אותו לבית החולים שיבא תל השומר במצב קשה.

האירוע התרחש בשעות אחר הצהריים, כאשר הילד החל להרגיש ברע והתמוטט. עוברי אורח שהיו במקום הזעיקו את כוחות ההצלה. צוותי מד"א שהגיעו במהירות החלו בפעולות החייאה ופינו את הילד לבית החולים.
