מנכ"ל מועצת תל שבע, עבד אבו רקבה, שוחרר בתנאים מגבילים לאחר חקירה בחשד לעבירות של שוחד, מרמה והפרת אמונים, וכן מעורבות במרמה במכרזים. אבו רקבה נעצר יחד עם ראש המועצה ועובדים בכירים נוספים במסגרת חקירה של יחידת להב 433. המשטרה ביקשה להאריך את מעצרו בפעם השלישית, אך בית המשפט החליט לשחררו בתנאים הכוללים מעצר בית, איסור יציאה מהארץ והשעיה מתפקידו למשך 30 יום.

עורך דינו של אבו רקבה מסר כי מרשו מכחיש את כל החשדות נגדו מאז תחילת החקירה, ורואה בהחלטת בית המשפט הוכחה לצדקתו.
