מחר (שלישי) יתקיים בבית משפט השלום בחיפה דיון מכריע בגזר דינו של רג'א אגבריה, זאת לאחר שהושלמו הליכי המשפט בעניינו. אגבריה הורשע בעשרה סעיפים של הזדהות עם ארגון טרור והסתה עקיפה לטרור, בעקבות עשרה פרסומים שפרסם ברשת הפייסבוק.

פרקליטות המדינה דורשת להטיל על אגבריה עונש מאסר בפועל הנע בין 16 ל-40 חודשים. מנגד, סנגוריו מתנגדים להטלת עונש מאסר בפועל, וטוענים כי אין לכך הצדקה, במיוחד לאור ההליכים המשפטיים הארוכים שנמשכו למעלה משמונה שנים מאז הגשת כתב האישום.
