Miri Bohadana Makes Surprise Acting Comeback in New Film

Beloved Israeli actress and television personality Miri Bohadana is returning to acting after a decade-long hiatus, currently filming a new movie titled "School for Beginner Detectives." Bohadana, known for her roles in iconic Israeli films like "Lemon Popsicle 2000" and the series "City Tower," will portray a powerful and ruthless mob boss in the upcoming comedy-thriller.

The film's plot centers on a group of trainee detectives who are suspected of attempting to steal a secret recipe for a famous meal served at the event hall owned by Bohadana's character's husband, played by Gili Hach-Paz. This pursuit marks a significant departure from Bohadana's previous on-screen personas, offering her a chance to showcase new acting abilities.

For the past ten years, Bohadana has primarily focused on hosting the cooking reality show "Master of Dishes" and volunteering as a medic with Magen David Adom. Her return to dramatic acting is highly anticipated, especially given her recent lower profile in the drama sphere, prioritizing her personal and family life.
