Hezbollah launched two explosive-laden drones towards Israeli forces operating on the Ali Taher ridge overnight Wednesday. Israeli soldiers fired at one of the drones, successfully intercepting it. No Israeli soldiers were harmed in the incident.
In response to the drone attack, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) conducted airstrikes targeting Hezbollah terror infrastructure in the Nabatieh area of southern Lebanon. The exchange marks a continuation of hostilities between the two sides along the northern border.
