On the first day of the school year, a tenth-grade student at a high school in Kiryat Shmona threatened another student with a knife. School staff immediately contacted the police.
Officers arrived at the scene, confiscated the knife, and detained the suspect for questioning. Following the investigation, the student was released to house arrest under restrictive conditions. No students were injured during the incident.
