Actress Joy Rieger Auditions for Israeli Band HaDag Nachash

As the veteran Israeli band HaDag Nachash prepares for a series of celebratory concerts, they are auditioning for a seventh member to refresh their lineup. Actress Joy Rieger is among the hopefuls, aiming to inject a "feminine touch" into the band's atmosphere, lyrics, and even its name. Her audition is featured in the third episode of a five-part micro-comedy series produced by Ynet and HaDag Nachash, with new episodes released daily on Ynet.

The series, written by Omri Amit and Adar Marom and directed by Roee Florentin, features a different guest auditioning in each episode. These guests attempt to convince the band members of their suitability for the seventh spot and perform a song with them. Other notable auditionees include Guri Alfi, Yonatan Barak, Roee Bar Natan, and Daniel Chen.

HaDag Nachash, active for 30 years, is scheduled to perform at Caesarea, Shuni, and Barby Tel Aviv. The band members include Shanan Street, Guy Mar, Dudush Klemus, Moshe Asraf, Yaya Cohen Ahronov, and Shlomi Allon. The series explores the potential addition of a new member, with Rieger specifically expressing her desire to bring a female perspective to the group.
