Comedian Daniel Chen Auditions for Israeli Band HaDag Nachash

As the acclaimed Israeli hip-hop group HaDag Nachash prepares to celebrate thirty years in music with a special series of performances, they have announced auditions for a seventh band member. Comedian Daniel Chen was among the hopefuls, arriving with a contract and numerous conditions for the band.

Chen's audition, which included him performing a song with the group, was the fifth and final episode in a micro-comedy series produced by ynet and HaDag Nachash. The series, written by Omri Amitai and Adar Marom and directed by Roee Florentin, featured a different guest each week attempting to convince the band of their suitability for the role.

Other notable figures who auditioned included Guri Alfi, Yonatan Barak, Joy Rieger, and Roee Bar Natan. The band members are Shanan Street, Guy Mar, Dudush Klemes, Moshe Asraf, Yaya Cohen Ahronov, and Shlomi Alon.
