Dramatic Video Shows Assassination Attempt on Man in Rahat
A 25-year-old man was critically injured in an assassination attempt near his home in Rahat early Thursday morning. Dramatic security footage captured the moment two masked assailants ambushed the man as he entered his vehicle. The attackers, armed and wearing masks, approached his car, opened the door, and fired at him at close range. One assailant fired at the victim while the other fired into the air before both fled the scene.
The incident occurred around 4:30 AM. Paramedics arrived and provided initial medical treatment to the victim, who was conscious and suffering from severe penetrating wounds. He was transported to Soroka Hospital in Be'er Sheva in serious condition.
