Former Kulanu MK Roy Folkman Joins Gadi Eizenkot's Yisrael Party
The Yisrael party, led by Gadi Eizenkot, announced the addition of former Kulanu faction chairman and ex-MK Roy Folkman. Eizenkot praised Folkman for his extensive political and parliamentary experience, as well as his deep expertise in public policy and reform leadership. Folkman left political life in 2019 but remained active in public and professional spheres, serving as head of the Financial Competition Forum, a member of the Council for Higher Education, and chairman of the economic company of the Eyalim Association. Folkman stated his decision to join Eizenkot was driven by Israel's need for professional and national leadership capable of turning plans into action.
