Former MK Roy Folkman Joins Gadi Eizenkot's Yesh Atid Party Ahead of Elections
Former Member of Knesset Roy Folkman is returning to the political arena, having recently left the circle of Gilad Erdan. According to reports by Amit Segal, Folkman has received invitations from the Yesh Atid party, led by Gadi Eizenkot, who is seeking to strengthen his party's parliamentary and operational experience ahead of the upcoming Knesset elections. Folkman previously served as chairman of the Kulanu faction under Moshe Kahlon and acted as the de facto coalition chairman. He is recognized for his extensive experience in faction management, parliamentary work, and leading constitutional processes in the Knesset. Eizenkot's team aims to leverage Folkman's expertise to bolster the party's capabilities for the next term. This development comes amid polls showing Eizenkot maintaining a lead, with Naftali Bennett surpassing Benjamin Netanyahu.
