MK Avi Maoz Demands Action After Repeated Power Outages in Modiin Illit
A widespread power outage struck the Brachfeld neighborhood of Modiin Illit on Friday evening, leaving thousands of residents without electricity, air conditioning, or hot meals amid intense summer heat. The incident is part of a recurring problem, according to MK Avi Maoz, chairman of the Noam party, who has called for urgent intervention.
Maoz sent a letter to Israel Electric Corporation CEO Meir Shpigler demanding a thorough investigation into the causes of the outages and immediate solutions.
