Man in His 50s Drowns at Coral Beach in Eilat
A man estimated to be around 50 years old drowned at Coral Beach in Eilat on the afternoon of the incident. At 13:06, Magen David Adom (MDA) received a report of an unconscious man pulled from the water near the beach. Paramedics and emergency medical technicians arrived to find civilians performing basic resuscitation efforts. MDA personnel continued advanced medical treatment including chest compressions, artificial respiration, and medication administration. Despite their efforts, the man was pronounced dead at the scene. Paramedic Udi Edri and emergency medical technician Yehuda Ben Yitach from MDA’s motorcycle unit described the rescue attempt and confirmed the fatal outcome.
