Man From Tel Arad Charged for Marrying 15-Year-Old While Married and Abusing Her During Pregnancy

The Southern District Prosecutor's Office filed charges at the Beersheba Magistrate's Court against a 31-year-old man from Tel Arad. He is accused of marrying a 15-year-old girl while still married to another woman. Additionally, he allegedly subjected her to violence, including during her pregnancy. The girl's father, a 62-year-old resident of Rahat, is also charged for consenting to the marriage.
