Woman in Her 40s Dies in Deadly Fire in Holon
A tragic fire broke out on HaOrgim Street in Holon on Tuesday morning, resulting in the death of a woman in her 40s. Firefighters rescued the woman from the blaze in critical condition; she was unconscious, without pulse or breathing, and suffered from burns and smoke inhalation. Paramedics from Magen David Adom (MDA) performed medical examinations at the scene but were forced to declare her dead.
Upon arrival, MDA teams encountered heavy smoke and flames. Firefighters worked to extinguish the fire while rescuing the woman. Additional MDA personnel secured the area and stood ready to provide further medical assistance if needed.
Paramedics Lior Paz and Omri Wikslebaum described the scene, noting the severity of the fire and the critical condition of the woman when she was brought out. Despite their efforts, they could not save her life. The Holon Fire and Rescue Services continue to manage the incident and ensure safety in the area.
