Woman in Her 40s Dies in Holon Apartment Fire
A woman approximately 40 years old died in a fire that broke out on HaOrgim Street in Holon. Firefighters rescued her unconscious from the building after she was exposed to smoke and flames. Paramedics from Magen David Adom (MDA) performed medical procedures at the scene but were forced to declare her dead due to severe burns and smoke inhalation.
Paramedics Lior Paz and Omri Wikslebaum described the scene: "Upon arrival, we saw heavy smoke and flames. During firefighting efforts, firefighters brought us a woman around 40 years old who was unconscious, without pulse or breathing, suffering from burns and smoke inhalation. We conducted medical checks but unfortunately had to confirm her death." Additional MDA teams secured the firefighting operations and were prepared to provide medical assistance if needed.
