The meeting will include senior officials from Qatar, Egypt, and Turkey acting as mediators, according to a Palestinian source cited by Al Jazeera. Kushner's discussions with Hamas precede his planned visit to Tel Aviv for talks with the Israeli Prime Minister. Currently, a Hamas delegation led by Khalil al-Hayya, chairman of Hamas's political bureau, is in Cairo, where al-Hayya has met with the head of Egyptian intelligence.
