Hamas Delegation Meets Egyptian Intelligence Chief to Revive Gaza Ceasefire Agreement

A Hamas delegation led by Khalil al-Hayya, head of the political bureau, arrived in Cairo to meet with Hassan Rashad, the head of Egyptian intelligence. The meeting, reported by Qatar's Al-Arabi channel, will focus on consolidating the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip and implementing its second phase, which involves demilitarization. This comes amid disagreements over the "roadmap" proposed by the Peace Council. According to the Turkish Anadolu news agency, both sides aim to bridge differences and restart the implementation of the next phase of the agreement.
