Beit Matityahu Yeshiva Opens Elul Study Period with Special Lecture and Mezuzah Ceremony

On Wednesday evening, marking the eve of Rosh Chodesh Elul, hundreds of students at Beit Matityahu Yeshiva commenced the 'Zman Elul' study period. Following the tradition established by the yeshiva's late head, the session began with an opening lecture on the current Talmudic tractate, Bava Kama, delivered by the yeshiva's head, Rabbi Tzvi Weisbach. In addition to the lecture, a mezuzah dedication ceremony was held for the yeshiva's dormitory wing and classrooms, underscoring the spiritual significance of the new study period.
