New Yeshivas in Samaria and Jordan Valley Mark Opening with Mezuzah Ceremonies

At the start of the Hebrew month of Elul, mezuzah dedication ceremonies were held at newly established yeshivas in northern Samaria and the Jordan Valley. The high yeshiva in Ganim, a branch of the Bnei David institutions in Ba'ali, had its mezuzah affixed by the head of the yeshiva, Rabbi Neria Bulak. Another new yeshiva opened in northern Samaria, also a Bnei David branch, led by Rabbi Yehuda Sadan. Additionally, in the new settlement of Guder in the Jordan Valley, the "Ahavat Eitan" yeshiva was inaugurated as a branch of the Beit She'an yeshiva, in memory of Lieutenant Colonel Eitan Orbach. Rabbi Shoval Shoshan, head of this yeshiva, also affixed a mezuzah during the ceremony.

Recently, hundreds of students and alumni families from the Bnei David yeshiva visited the communities of Ganim and Kadim. Meanwhile, Rabbi Gilad Orbach marked the beginning of Elul by opening a new yeshiva preparatory program in Shdema Mechola. These events highlight the expansion of religious educational institutions in the West Bank region, coinciding with the spiritual month of Elul, a time of reflection and preparation in the Jewish calendar.
