Crime Boss Yossi Mosli Placed Under Strict House Arrest Amid Gang Conflict in Israel

Yossi Mosli, the head of a crime organization in Israel, has been placed under house arrest for five weeks with strict restrictions following a violent conflict with the Jarushi gang. The court order, issued on August 13, 2026, bans Mosli from entering seven cities including Tel Aviv, Herzliya, Ramat Gan, Umm al-Fahm, Jaljulia, Ramla, and Lod for 60 days. He is also prohibited from using messaging apps, accessing the internet, and leaving the country during this period.

Mosli must remain at his father's home in Tel Aviv until August 16, after which he will be confined to his residence in Savion under full house arrest until September 19. Additionally, he is forbidden from contacting anyone on a court-submitted list except his father. The restrictions were imposed due to a severe criminal dispute involving grenades, shootings, and explosive devices attributed to the Jarushi organization.

Initially, the police sought to exile Mosli from Israel for an extended time, but he requested to stay to care for his father. Consequently, the court imposed stringent conditions but reduced the house arrest duration from the two months requested by the police to five weeks. This case highlights ongoing violent tensions within Israel's criminal underworld.
