Tel Aviv Court Imposes Administrative Restriction on Crime Boss Yossi Mosli Until Yom Kippur

The Tel Aviv District Court has issued an administrative restriction order against Yossi Mosli, head of a crime organization, effective until the eve of Yom Kippur. The order comes amid what police describe as violent conflict between the Mosli and Jarushi crime groups. Under the terms of the order, Mosli will be confined to house arrest until Yom Kippur. He is permitted to stay at his father's home in Kfar Shalem until Sunday, after which he must relocate to his residence in Savion. Additionally, Mosli is prohibited from using messaging applications. During the court hearing, a police officer admitted, "We erred in allowing him to return to his home in Kfar Shalem."
