Top Crime Boss Yossi Mosli Arrested After Violent Brawl Outside Sabon Home

A violent fight erupted outside the home of Yossi Mosli, a leading crime boss, in the affluent community of Sabon, resulting in his arrest along with three others. Among those detained was a man in his 40s who sustained serious stab wounds and was rushed to Sheba Medical Center in critical condition. Paramedics provided life-saving treatment at the scene, including stopping heavy bleeding before hospital transfer.

Mosli had arrived at his Sabon residence just hours earlier after staying at his father's home in the Kfar Shalem neighborhood of Tel Aviv. His move was permitted under strict conditions imposed by a recent administrative restraining order issued by the district court. The order, valid until the eve of Yom Kippur, restricts Mosli to house arrest, bans him from leaving Israel, and prohibits use of encrypted messaging apps and phones.

This exceptional administrative order was issued amid a surge in violent crime and ongoing deadly disputes between criminal organizations in central Israel. The police, struggling to directly link Mosli to violent incidents involving grenade and gunfire attacks on homes and businesses, sought to limit his mobility and command capabilities to curb escalating criminal terror.

The violent clash is tied to a bitter feud between Mosli's crime group and the Jerushi family organization. Intelligence sources indicate the conflict intensified after Mosli's faction transferred control of sports betting operations to Eran Hayya, a criminal operating abroad, disrupting the power balance and provoking the Jerushi group. This escalation has led to a series of extortion threats, assaults, and grenade attacks targeting locations including branches of the Japanika restaurant chain and other sites in central Israel.
