Israeli Hotel Chains Cut Prices for Tishrei Holidays Amid Rising Demand

Ahead of the Jewish High Holidays of Rosh Hashanah and Sukkot, Africa Israel Hotels is launching discounts of up to 20% across its properties nationwide. Participating hotels include Indigo Tel Aviv, Poli Urban Tel Aviv, Crown Plaza Tel Aviv City Center, Poli House, Vert Lagoon Netanya, Vert Dead Sea, and Hotel Sint. Liron Dalal Ard, sales manager at Africa Israel Hotels, noted a surge in early bookings as many Israelis prefer to secure their vacations well in advance, offering a range of options from urban stays in Tel Aviv to family vacations in Netanya and luxury resorts at the Dead Sea.

In a significant industry move, Almog Group and its partners at Pra signed a deal to merge their hotel operations into a single company, Tomivers Hospitality Ltd. This merger combines Pra's operational expertise with Almog's development and financing capabilities, creating a platform for hotel ownership, development, and management across Israel. The combined portfolio will include five upcoming projects in locations such as Mitzpe Ramon, Tel Aviv, the Jordanian Highlands, the Dead Sea, and Haifa, totaling 488 hotel rooms after completion.

Club Med is responding to increased demand for family vacations in cooler, nature-rich destinations by deploying Hebrew-speaking Israeli guides at selected children’s clubs in the Alps and Seychelles during August 2026. This initiative aims to help Israeli families integrate more comfortably into the international resort environment.

In Haifa, Meno Shipping, which operates the cruise ship Crown Iris and owns the Crowne Plaza Haifa hotel, is offering a combined deal for cruise passengers. Guests can enjoy a night’s stay with breakfast at the hotel before or after their cruise, with discounts of 7% on the cruise ticket and 15% on the hotel stay when booked directly.

Additionally, Pango, the Israeli transportation app, is expanding into international car rentals through a partnership with Hertz. Users can rent cars abroad via the Pango app with a 15% discount at Hertz locations worldwide, streamlining the booking and payment process entirely within the app for convenience upon arrival.
